I just went through the raw data for this table which is the source data for Extended Data Fig. 9b. And you can see below, the percentage is caculated by normalizing each value to the body in the vehicle at day 0. The final change in body weight is caculated by minusing the vehicle group at day 0. file

And below is the original data table (snapshot) provided by the the Animal Studies Core in UNC at Chapel Hill (showing in Acknowledgements section). Those marked in yellow is corresponding the those red labelling above. 2021-10-8 refers to day 4 and 2021-10-10 refers to day 6. file
