Encouraging businesses to register customs procedures in Dong Nai

Dong Nai City authorities and customs officials are urging local manufacturing enterprises that currently process customs declarations in other provinces to return their registration to Dong Nai. Over 70 local businesses currently file elsewhere, resulting in an annual loss of nearly VND 1.8 trillion in import-export tax revenues for the city. To incentivize this transition, the customs agency is modernizing its services through digital systems and an AI-driven support platform, while the city offers preferential policies in tax, land, and investment to boost local customs clearance.
