Dong Nai City is conducting a comprehensive inventory and boundary survey of its extensive public land fund, which comprises over 29,000 plots totaling 13,000 hectares. Led by the City Land Fund Development Center, the initiative aims to clear land adjacent to major transport projects like expressways and the Long Thanh International Airport for infrastructure development and public auctions. Efficient management of these land assets is crucial to prevent illegal encroachment and generate critical reinvestment capital for the city's long-term urban expansion.
