Developing Vietnamese culture in Dong Nai City

The Dong Nai City Party Committee has released an action plan implementing Politburo Resolution No. 80-NQ/TW to build a civilized cultural and sports environment by 2045. The plan targets that by 2030, all commune-level localities, enterprises, and armed forces will have standardized cultural and sports institutions, and all national heritage sites will be digitized. By focusing on infrastructure investment, science-technology integration, and preservation, the initiative aims to enhance residents' quality of life and boost cultural industries as economic drivers.
