OpenAI Calls for Anti-Trust Investigation into Elon Musk Before Trial

OpenAI has formally requested the Attorneys General of California and Delaware to investigate Elon Musk for "anti-competitive behavior" ahead of their multi-billion dollar trial. The ChatGPT maker alleges that Musk’s $100 billion lawsuit is a tactical move designed to cripple the nonprofit-turned-commercial entity to benefit his own rival firm, xAI. OpenAI also revealed that Musk previously attempted to recruit Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg for a hostile takeover bid of the company.
