Virginia man pleads guilty to grand theft after receiving accidental payments from Boca Raton business

A Virginia man, Joseph P. Gorman Jr., pleaded guilty to grand theft after spending over $297,000 accidentally sent to him by a Boca Raton business. Gorman was sentenced to four years of probation and ordered to pay restitution for the funds he used for personal expenses between June and October 2024.
