据凤凰卫视报道，4月29日，全球首富马斯克与人工智能巨头OpenAI的法律诉讼，在加州奥克兰联邦法院正式开启第二天的庭审。马斯克亲自出庭作证。

这场诉讼源于马斯克指控OpenAI首席执行官奥尔特曼以及总裁布罗克曼违背了公司创立初期的非营利使命，将机构转向营利模式；并指控其存在不当得利以及违反慈善信托。

马斯克前一天对陪审团表示，“如果我们允许掠夺慈善机构的资金，美国慈善捐赠的根基将彻底崩塌”。

OpenAI代表律师则表示，马斯克的动机是出于强烈的控制欲，并指他在2018年因图谋控制公司失败才退出，随后创立了竞争对手“xAI公司”。
